🤔 What types of work are performed by Shoda Office?
Company establishment procedures, enrollment in the social insurance program, payroll outsourcing, preparation of application documents for subsidies and grants, labor and employment procedures, residence permit procedures for foreign nationals and so on. Also, in the event we’re unable to provide an answer to a client’s request, we will introduce other tax accountants, lawyers and so on.
👤 Who will be handling my case?
Director Shuzo Shoda本人 who is certified as an administrative scrivener and social insurance labor consultant will personally be in charge of your case from the initial consultation all the way through to counseling after our work has been completed.
💰 What is the cost of your services?
Your initial consultation over the phone or via email and the first hour of an in-person consultation up to one hour’s duration is free of charge. Afterward we’ll provide you with an estimate of fees in writing (for free) before we begin our work. You’re free to cancel the process at that point without charge if you feel the estimate is unreasonable. For copyright matters only, consultation from the start of contact onward is chargeable.
🚗 Are there travel charges?
In services rendered within the LA Area as well as surroundings up to about 50 miles away from downtown Los Angeles there are no separate travel charges applied at all. We also accept clients in states other than California – please inquire about travel arrangements.
🔒 How is client information safeguarded?
Since we are a family-run office, confidentiality protocols against information leakage are thoroughly observed.
💸 Can you save me money on company establishment costs?
The cost of using articles of incorporation performed through Shoda Office by use of electronic format is reduced 40,000 yen for establishment charges.
