All activities are conducted under the supervision and responsibility of Director Shuzo Shoda himself and such support is 1:1 and confidential. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to change, discontinue, or refuse all or any part of our Services (with or without cause and with or without notice).
Qualifications and User Obligations

Consultation Process and Engagement
- First Contact: Call (213) 350-1928, e-mail or use the online inquiry form. The initial counseling (via phone or e-mail) is complimentary.
- Free In-Person Consultation: The first visit is free of charge (approx. 1 hour). Copyright related matters are charged one hour from the beginning.
- Written Estimate: A definitive, detailed, written estimate is provided before any payable services are commenced. The client may back out if unsatisfied without penalty.
- Engagement Letter: A service engagement letter will be established upon acceptance of the estimate definition to determine the subject matter, service scope, fees and deadlines.
- After Care: Personal control of the case from start to finish by the director, after-care and after-fees are always available.
Travel costs for LA & Greater LA area visits are not charged. Fee rate varies depending on states we serve. Please ask for details.
Fees, Payment and Refunds

- 見積もりをご覧頂いた後にご継続不能な場合には見積もりそのものの取消しが可能ですので費用は発生致しません。
- 既払い業務に関して又は既完成文書に関して主義として弁護士報酬又は行政書士報酬は原則返還いたしませんが一部返還します。また進行中業務に関して返金できない場合もあります。
